Delivery in Australia
Free on all orders, fully insured and tracked, signature on delivery. In-stock pieces are dispatched within one to two business days. Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted in our Sydney workshop, most within two to four weeks; we confirm the timeline in writing before anything is cast. Express delivery is available on request.
Delivery overseas
We ship worldwide, fully insured and tracked. Orders to the United States travel by express courier with signature on delivery, and US customers can check out in US dollars. Duties, taxes and import fees are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing; for the United States every shipment now requires a customs entry and may attract duty regardless of value. Email us before ordering and we will confirm the position for your country in writing.
Returns
Thirty days. You have 30 days after receiving a ready-made item to request a return. It must be in the condition you received it, unworn, with its tags and original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
How it works. Email sales@ministryofgems.com.au. Once approved, we send written return instructions and a return authorisation reference. Please do not post anything before you have them; parcels sent without a request cannot be accepted.
Refunds. Once we have received and inspected the return we confirm the outcome, and an approved refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
What cannot be returned
Custom and personalised pieces, including bespoke commissions and remodels made to your design, and gift cards. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us at once and we will make it right.
Lifetime re-authentication
Any stone we have sold may be returned to the house at any time, by any owner, for free re-authentication against its Digital Gemstone Passport. Full details are in our guarantee; the formal policies are at shipping and returns.
