Shipping policy

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

 

Domestic shipping (Australia)

Standard: $11 AUD (free on orders over $100) - estimated delivery 3-5 business days.

Express: $15 AUD - estimated delivery 1-2 business days.

 

International shipping

Standard International: $20 AUD - estimated delivery 3-5 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
