Buying a gemstone is an act of trust. Ours is earned three generations deep — and backed in writing.
Graded in-house by an FGAA gemmologist
Every stone we sell is examined and graded by Anna Lulinkova, our in-house gemmologist qualified through the Gemmological Association of Australia (FGAA), with full disclosure of any treatments. What we say about a gem is what the gem is.
Independent certification, on any stone
Prefer third-party assurance? We will arrange an independent laboratory certificate for any gemstone we sell — not just the expensive ones.
Free lifetime re-authentication
Any Ministry of Gems stone, at any value, can be returned to us at any time for free re-authentication. Most jewellers offer nothing of the kind; the few who do reserve it for stones above a price threshold. We believe every gem — and every client — deserves the same certainty.
30-day returns and free Australian shipping
Shop with room to breathe: 30 days to return your purchase, and free tracked shipping Australia-wide. See our refund policy for details.
Provenance you can walk
Because we are vertically integrated — from our own Ceylon mines through cutting, grading and jewellery manufacture — the chain of custody behind every stone is unbroken and personally known to us. That is a guarantee no certificate alone can match.
