Three carats is a serious weight in a colour this scarce. Sapphire in the pink-orange padparadscha range is uncommon at any size, and the rarity climbs sharply as the stone grows. Corundum is 9 on the Mohs scale, second only to diamond, so an engagement ring in it will take decades of wear. Heat is standard in sapphire and disclosed. Designed by Ministry of Gems, handcrafted in our own workshop and assessed by our FGAA gemmologist.
