Yes. Start from any loose sapphire in the house and we design the ring around it, or begin from a design here and we shortlist stones for it. Consultations are held at our Sydney showroom or by video.
Most commissions complete within two to four weeks from design approval, because the bench is ours. We confirm the timeline in writing before anything is cast.
Yes. An independent valuation certificate, prepared by a qualified independent valuer, is available on request with any purchase.
