A private sapphire showroom in the heart of Sydney, where you see the stone before the setting.

Ministry of Gems® is a mine-to-market house: our Ceylon and Australian sapphires come from our own ground, are cut and graded in-house by our FGAA-qualified gemmologist, and are set in our own workshop. The showroom is where that chain ends, in your hands, with nothing between you and the stone.

Anna Lulinkova, FGAA GemmologistOur in-house gemmologist grades every stone, discloses treatment, and names the independent laboratory report where one is held.

Do I need an appointment to visit the Pitt Street showroom?

Where exactly is the showroom?

On Pitt Street in the Sydney CBD. The suite and entry details are sent with your booking confirmation, along with what to bring.

Is there a cost or any obligation?

No. Consultations are complimentary, no payment is taken to book, and there is no obligation to buy. Our Head of Sales leads every visit.

Can I see a specific stone from the website?

Yes. Quote the stone ID or product name when you book and it will be set aside for your visit. Loose stones are shown unmounted, with treatment disclosed and any independent laboratory report named where held.

Can I bring my own jewellery to remodel or reset?

Yes. Bring the piece with you; we assess the stones and metal in front of you and quote the remodel in writing. Your existing metal is credited against the new piece.

Can I consult by video instead of visiting Sydney?

Yes. Video consultations run Australia-wide with the same gemmologist and the same stones on camera; choose Video call when you book.
