Two species work together here. Diamond sits at the top of the Mohs scale at 10; spinel follows at 8, hard enough for a ring worn often and, unlike most coloured gems, rarely treated in any way. Spinel's brilliance comes from the stone itself rather than from heat or filling. Designed by Ministry of Gems, handcrafted in our own workshop, every stone assessed and any treatment disclosed by our FGAA gemmologist.
