Set beside emerald, tsavorite gives itself away quickly. It bends light more strongly, so it reads brighter in the hand, and it carries none of the oiling or resin that nearly every emerald depends on. What it concedes is hardness — 6.5 to 7.5 against emerald's 7.5 to 8 — though it is far less brittle. Paired here with diamond, designed in-house and handcrafted in our own workshop, every stone assessed by our FGAA gemmologist.
